Leeside Nursery School is a pre-school based in the village of Lee Common near Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire. The nursery has been operating since 1983 and at the start of 2012 it was taken over by Melissa Woodford-Smith. Feedback from the parents and Bucks County Council have been consistently positive.
We always strive to offer the very best standard of care for the children who attend. Leeside prides itself on the opportunity to learn through play in a sociable and happy atmosphere. Social skills and independence are encouraged through play, in a caring and sharing environment. Our main aim is to provide a caring environment where the children can develop to their full potential.
We accept children from the age of 2 years.
Monday to Thursday- 09:10 – 15:10
Friday – 09:10 – 13:10 (Lunch Club from 12.10 – 13.10)
Friday Baby Cafe – 13:30 – 15:00

The term after your child turns 3 they are entitled to 15 hours government funded free nursery education per week. The 15 hours can be used flexibly to include afternoon sessions and daily lunch clubs.
We also accept 30hours funding. This can be spread over 2 settings / shared with a childminder if needed.
Extra hours for three year olds are £6 per hour.
Under 3’s are charged at £6 per hour.
